Phase Three: Practice Program(9 months)

The 9 months online mentoring/coaching program MAY include on-job coaching and co-teaching opportunities (subject to availability of such opportunities). Participants may have the opportunity to be going 'live'.

The Mentorship phase of the programme provides the participant with real-life opportunities for practical experience as well as guidance and directions. Aside from mentoring sessions with the coaches for the purpose of helping the participant to get into the profession within the shortest time possible, there will be opportunities for participants to be at actual training sessions. This could be training sessions secured by CIIC Trainging & Development Centre, a list of which will be circulated periodically. It could also be training opportunities secured by the participants themselves and hence CIIC Training & Development Centre coaches can be there to either evaluate for improvements or provide training support.
