The hospitality and tourism industry is the largest and fastest growing industry in the world. An exciting aspect is that the industry comprises so many different professions.
Common dynamics in this diverse industry include the delivery of services and products and the customer-guest impressions of them.
Whether in direct contact with a guest (front of the house) or working behind the scenes (back of the house), the most challenging aspect of working in the industry is creating powerful impressions that have the ability to affect the human experience.
People who provide services to travelers have the responsibility of representing their communities, creating memorable experiences, and meeting the needs and wants of people away from home. The core concepts of Hospitality and Tourism Program consist of comprehensive course designed to cover all areas of hospitality and tourism needs. The curriculum includes 84 hours of classroom activities.

| Final Test |
All participants should take final test at the end of the program and scores 65% as a minimum to earn the Diploma. Participants who fail to score 65% on the test will be granted a second chance to sit for a second test after 2 weeks from first one.

Is a must and is graded as well. Class Activities, Quizzes are added to Final Score.
