Course Aims

To enable the student to make proper use of consultants in the management of change.

To enable students to understand and manage the process of change to achieve competitive advantage.

Learning Outcomes

At the end of the course the student will have the ability to:

  2. Apply strategic management principles to achieve competitive advantage
  3. Understand the underlying forces and constraints of change
  4. Develop a logical and reasoned approach to problem solving
