Professor Inna Stecenko

Professor Stecenko is Head of “International Management” program, Professor, member of the Baltic department of International Higher School Academy of Sciences, Baltic Russian Institute, Latvia Professor Inna Stecenko, Dr oec, is one of the leading lecturers of financial management in Latvia.

She is the author of articles on financial management, management of firms as well as articles connected with Latvia’s integration into the European Union. She participated in more than 20 international conferences and is the author of scientifically -practical publications in the journals of Latvia, Germany, Poland, Russia, Belarus and Ukraine.

She overseas the “international management” program on the Bachelor degree at the Baltic Russian Institute and teaches financial management on the MBA program. Professor Stecenko is a corresponding member of the Baltic department of International Higher School Academy of Sciences and her basic research interests are:

• Perfection of controlling technique in view of regional economy’s features;
• Formation of an investment portfolio of an enterprise

Professor Stecenko provides professional consultation to auditors and bookkeepers in Latvia on the subject of financial analysis of the firm and is a member of the editorial board of "Financier" in Latvia. She has a keen interest in managing the capital of the firm and looks with enthusiasm to solving the problems of turnover of capital, financial stability of the firm and profit increase when entering the European Union.
