International Professional Managers Project

Introduction

The Institute of Management Innovation is delivering a programme to promote the professionalism of Chinese Managers thus leading towards improving the performance of their organisations and at the same time their personal skills and knowledge.

By working closely with other Chinese partners we are providing the foundation for standardization of management practices, professionalism in all aspects of work all of which according to accepted international standards.

We are together with the International Professional Managers Association will be offering the:

International Professional Managers Qualifying Project

This innovative and challenging training programme will provide the participant with the opportunity to learn, understand and apply the latest management thinking and techniques as practised effectively by many managers in the world today.

The International Professional Managers Qualifying Project has two separate levels of study for Certification as an International Professional Manager.

Level 1 –  Leading to the certification as an International Professional Manager

Subjects:

1. Human Resource Management
2. Management Decision–Making
3. Organizational Behavior Study
4. Information System Management
5. Operations Management

Level 2 –  Leading to the certification as an International Advanced Professional Manager

Subjects:

1. Strategic Management
2. Corporate Finance
3. Organization Development and Change
4. International Business Management
5. Case Study

Successful candidates who complete both Levels 1 and 2 will be entitled to Associate membership of the International Professional Managers Association and will have the designation AMPMA. This confirms that the manager is competent and has the skills to be a high performance manager.
